This Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure (“Disclosure”) applies to all content, tools, indicators/scripts, products, subscriptions, services, communications, and information provided by 521Trades LLC (“521Trades,” “we,” “us,” “our”) through PropTradingVerse and related channels (the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Disclosure and the other policies incorporated by reference below. If you do not agree, do not use the Services and do not purchase any Products.

Incorporated Legal Documents (Part of the Agreement)

This Disclosure is incorporated into, and forms part of, our master agreement with you. Related documents:

1) Educational / Informational Only — Not Investment Advice

All content and Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on our website, in our Products, in our scripts/indicators, in emails, in chat/community, or in any other communications should be construed as:

  • investment advice,

  • trading advice,

  • financial advice,

  • legal advice,

  • tax advice, or

  • a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, cryptocurrency, or other financial product.

You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

2) We Are Not Your Adviser / Broker / Exchange

521Trades LLC is not:

  • a registered investment adviser,

  • a broker-dealer,

  • a commodity trading advisor (CTA),

  • an introducing broker,

  • an exchange, or

  • a fiduciary acting on your behalf.

We do not provide individualized or personalized advice. Any examples, discussions, or demonstrations are general in nature and may not be appropriate for your situation.

3) Trading Is Risky — You Can Lose All (or More Than) Your Money

Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose all of the funds you deposit, and in some cases (e.g., margin/leverage/shorting), you may lose more than your initial investment.

This is especially true for active trading strategies, derivatives, and leveraged products. (FINRA’s day-trading risk disclosure highlights that day trading can be extremely risky and that traders should be prepared to lose all funds used for day trading.)

You should carefully consider your financial situation, objectives, experience level, and risk tolerance, and consult licensed professionals if needed.

4) No Guarantees — Past Performance Is Not Predictive

We do not guarantee any outcome, including profits, performance, win rates, or specific results.

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.

  • Market conditions change rapidly.

  • What worked historically may fail going forward.

5) Hypothetical / Simulated / Backtested Results (If Shown)

If the Services present hypothetical, simulated, model, projected, or backtested performance, you understand that:

  • Such results may not reflect actual trading.

  • Hypothetical performance can be materially affected by assumptions and modeling choices.

  • Real-world factors (liquidity, slippage, spreads, commissions, latency, order execution, emotions, and risk controls) can cause actual results to differ substantially.

SEC staff guidance and industry compliance materials emphasize that hypothetical performance requires careful context, assumptions, and relevance to the intended audience.

6) Indicators / Scripts / Tools — No Warranty of Accuracy or Availability

Indicators, scripts, alerts, drawings, dashboards, and any automated logic may:

  • produce false positives/negatives,

  • lag or fail due to data issues,

  • behave differently across symbols/timeframes/exchanges,

  • break due to third-party platform changes,

  • be impacted by outages, delays, or charting feed differences.

You are responsible for verifying any signal, alert, or output independently before placing a trade.

7) Third-Party Platforms and Services

The Services may rely on third parties (charting platforms, brokers, exchanges, data feeds, payment processors, hosting). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their performance, interruptions, changes, errors, or limitations.

8) “NO LIABILITY” (Maximum Limitation)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT 521TRADES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RISKS, COSTS, AND LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. Nothing in this Disclosure is intended to waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

9) Testimonials / Examples / Community Content

Any testimonials, trade examples, screenshots, or user posts (if any) are not guarantees of results. They may be atypical and may not reflect commissions, fees, slippage, spreads, or risk exposure.
