Terms of Service (Master Agreement) — 521Trades LLC

Effective Date: February 21, 2026

This Terms of Service agreement (“Terms,” “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“you,” “Customer,” “User”) and 521Trades LLC (“521Trades,” “we,” “us,” “our”) governing your access to and use of the PropTradingVerse website(s), checkout, digital products, subscriptions, content, tools, scripts/indicators, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Services, creating an account, checking a box indicating acceptance, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or purchase any Products.

Incorporated Policies (Part of This Agreement)

These policies are expressly incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of your contract with us:

If there is a conflict between these Terms and an incorporated policy, the specific policy controls for that topic (for example, refunds are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy).

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use or purchase the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2) Digital Products & Immediate Access

The Services include digital products and subscription-based access delivered electronically. Access may be granted immediately upon successful payment. You are responsible for ensuring your devices, internet connection, and any third-party platforms you use are compatible with the Services.

3) Accounts & Customer Responsibility

If you create an account or purchase access:

  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate access if we believe activity is fraudulent, abusive, or violates this Agreement.

4) Subscriptions, Renewals, Cancellation, and Access

If you purchase a subscription (monthly, annual, or otherwise), you authorize recurring billing until you cancel.

  • Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Cancel anytime: Cancellation stops future charges.

  • Access continues through the term: After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current paid subscription period.

  • No proration: We do not provide prorated credits for unused time.

5) Refund Policy (No Refunds)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

Your purchase and any request related to refunds, returns, charge reversals, credits, or billing outcomes are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement:

By purchasing, you confirm you have reviewed and agree to this policy.

6) Risk Disclosure / No Investment Advice

The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, or tax advice.

Trading involves significant risk and may result in substantial losses. You are solely responsible for your decisions, trades, and results.

7) Acceptable Use (No Sharing / No Redistribution)

You agree you will not:

  • Share, sell, sublicense, distribute, publish, rent, lease, or transfer the Services or any access credentials to any third party

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code or protected logic (except where prohibited by law)

  • Circumvent, bypass, or defeat access controls or entitlement checks

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes, fraud, abuse, harassment, or to violate any third-party rights

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Services

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice, and you remain responsible for all charges incurred.

8) Intellectual Property

All materials provided through the Services—including scripts/indicators, text, videos, graphics, branding, logos, and documentation—are owned by 521Trades LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal use during your active subscription term, subject to this Agreement.

9) Third-Party Platforms & Services

The Services may integrate with or depend on third-party platforms (e.g., charting platforms, brokers, payment processors, hosting providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, restrictions, pricing, or functionality.

10) NO LIABILITY (Maximum Limitation)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 521TRADES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY, COST, OR EXPENSE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS, OR THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, 521TRADES LLC IS FOUND TO HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY REASON, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO 521TRADES LLC FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11) Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not guarantee results, performance, profitability, or that any strategy or tool will lead to successful trades.

12) Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you:

  • violated this Agreement or incorporated policies,

  • engaged in fraud or abuse,

  • attempted to bypass access controls, or

  • used the Services unlawfully.

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately. No refunds will be issued.

13) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute that conflicts with this Agreement or incorporated policies, we may suspend or terminate access immediately. We may provide the payment processor evidence including this Agreement, your transaction details, and records indicating delivery of digital access.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 521Trades LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • your use of the Services,

  • your violation of this Agreement,

  • your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15) Changes to the Services or Agreement

We may update or modify the Services and/or this Agreement at any time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

16) Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [YOUR COUNTY/STATE], unless we elect otherwise.

17) Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the incorporated policies linked above, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 521Trades LLC regarding the Services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
